Lucianna started practicing massage in 1997 and teaching yoga around 1998. Her love of health and wellness and her own desire to heal body & mind led her down a path that eventually gave birth to Sojourn. The physical location of Sojourn has been inside the Wealth Center Building on Irwin Street since 2003. She started in a single suite in the 2nd floor and eventually ended up in the 3 spaces in the bottom floor in the north east corner of the building on Irwin & Lacey. She loved the sanctuary she created on the ground floor and had 8 successful years of business in that location. As a result of Covid and all the ups and downs of the Pandemic, she made the decision to change course. Beginning in January, Lucianna is going to school to become an EMT with the ultimate goal of becoming a Paramedic. While she is studying to become a Paramedic, she will continue offering Personal Training and Yoga at Just Lift Gym in Hanford and continue her massage practice from a private suite inside the Artesia Building. While she is sad to say goodbye to having a yoga studio and the container that held the energy of Sojourn for so long, she is excited for the next chapter and the opportunity to continue being of service in a totally new way.
